Idealights is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating ads and performance strategies for our clients and internal lead generation. They will be working closely with other team members to develop and execute effective strategies that drive business growth and increase ROI. This is a key role that requires a high level of creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

·Develop and execute a performance/ads strategy that aligns with client goals and marketing campaigns

·Direct the content creation team in creating ads content for social media placement

·Research and analyze keywords for SEO/SEM performance

·Analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics to direct content creation

·Manage and optimize campaigns on a daily basis to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded

·Stay up-to-date with developments in the industry and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention

·Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

·Develop and present reports that demonstrate the success of campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate performance marketing strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and demonstrated ROI
• Have a clear understanding and expertise in Google Analytics, Social Media Ads, and SEM
• Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including all social media platforms, email marketing and analytics
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Experience in using AI tools for content creation is a PLUS!
