(This position will be located in Gresik, East Java, Indonesia)


Professionally deliver competency-based learning and assessment to a culturally diverse range of learners, in on job and off job situations. Contribute as a member of a large team of educational professionals, at all times demonstrating those behaviors that fully support QMS Values and PTFI SHE policies and procedures.


The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:


  • Respond to customer learning and development requirements, provide appropriate technical support and advice in order to assist QMS meet/exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze the result of Performance Appraisal and set up the Talent Management report for six (6) months, if there is a need for general training, then to inform L&D.
  • Assist the monitoring process of Production and Target from each KPI, take proper action in order to anticipate and propose the suitable program to improve the target achievement.
  • Demonstrate competence in the principles and application of Performance Management cycle, so that Performance Management process could delivered and achieve the yearly target.
  • Initiate and demonstrate the facilitation’s process of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), monitoring by monthly basis and perform coaching and one on one discussions to achieve the targets.
  • Professionally deliver/facilitate Performance Plan in early months of Financial Year, set up KPI and perform validation, summarize and result calibration for Year End Performance Appraisal
  • Demonstrate behaviors that match PTFI Values, follow and apply PTFI HS policies and procedures, in order to be a role model for learning & development program participants.


The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:


Minimum Education and Experience:


  • S1 Degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering with at least two (3) years of working experience in Performance Management – HR fields.
