Title: Smelter Operational Readiness - Performance Management Officer
- Respond to customer learning and development requirements, provide appropriate technical support and advice in order to assist QMS meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze the result of Performance Appraisal and set up the Talent Management report for six (6) months, if there is a need for general training, then to inform L&D.
- Assist the monitoring process of Production and Target from each KPI, take proper action in order to anticipate and propose the suitable program to improve the target achievement.
- Demonstrate competence in the principles and application of Performance Management cycle, so that Performance Management process could delivered and achieve the yearly target.
- Initiate and demonstrate the facilitation’s process of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), monitoring by monthly basis and perform coaching and one on one discussions to achieve the targets.
- Professionally deliver/facilitate Performance Plan in early months of Financial Year, set up KPI and perform validation, summarize and result calibration for Year End Performance Appraisal
- Demonstrate behaviors that match PTFI Values, follow and apply PTFI HS policies and procedures, in order to be a role model for learning & development program participants.
- S1 Degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering with at least two (3) years of working experience in Performance Management – HR fields.
- Interpersonal and Human Relation skills.
