Job Description
Key Accountabilities & Activities


  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Ensuring excellent project/product delivery, defining product vision and strategy.
  • Oversee all marketing efforts, evaluate, and assess creative content and analyze market data.
  • Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements.
  • Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • To set the long-term vision and strategy.
  • Working closely with all relevant departments to ensure the success of the project/product.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, and creation of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Responsibility of product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget.
  • Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the business.
  • Meetings from high-level strategic planning to comprehensive workshops with developers and designers, to managing client-vendor relationships.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed!
  • Development, writing specifications, and supervising development progression.
  • To communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders.
  • Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • To work with customers and company leadership to define the product direction.
  • Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. This includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market.
  • Influence cross-functional teams.


Qualifications / Requirements


  • Experience in delivering complex digital platforms
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • 5+ years of project management and related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Preferable to be local
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
