Role Overview

As our Community Coordinator, you will play a critical role in promoting our brand presence. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and other members of the Marketing team to engage and grow our online and offline communities. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, develop new skills, and make a real impact in the emerging Death Tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage relationships with our online and offline communities, expanding audiences and awareness of our brand
• Build strong relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technology trends and help us push the boundaries of the Death Tech industry
• Collaborate with the Development and Sales departments to stay updated on our new products and features
• Plan and execute exciting internal and external events, associations, sponsorships, and partnerships to establish our brand presence
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and excellence
• Monitor and report on community feedback (social listening) to the management
• Manage our social media account, blog, newsletter, and/or promotional video by creating captivating and shareable content
• Develop and execute innovative community initiatives and outreach programs

Requirements

• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics and optimize for success
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask while keeping your eyes on the prize
• Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
• Proven results in social media management and community growth
• Experience launching innovative community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
• Work experience in a B2B B2C startup tech/software company is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a knack for storytelling
• Knowledge of online and offline marketing and marketing channels, and a hunger for innovation
• Minimal year of proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or tech/software company
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field (not necessary if you have demonstrated success in similar roles)
• Fluency in English and the capability to confidently engage in oral and written communication with native English speakers are required
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics and drive success
