Job Description

Summary


CompAsia is one of the largest service providers in smartphones Buyback and Trade-In market across APAC region. Our mission is to minimize the e-waste by transforming the device ownership. We collaborate with telcos, mobile operators, smartphone manufacturers, retailers, financial institutions, insurance companies and consumers across Asia.


This role serves as the right hand of the Business Unit Manager. Managing retail partner’s new phone launching, device trade-in , device exchange and device financing performance, highlighting the gap, provide solutions and improvement plans. Successful candidate shall possess strong project management and data analytic skills, time management and detail oriented.



  • Act as a project manager to evaluate the response all the CompAsia Business Unit programs and ongoing campaigns at partners' retail stores.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties that are assigned to you from time-to-time.
  • Coordinate internally with the regional team for the resolution of any issues and enhancement raised by partners.
  • Work closely with the retail partners by communicating relevant information such as but not limited to program mechanics, promotions, system, and operational update in order to drive the CompAsia business.
  • Assisting the Manager by supporting and executing all aspects of the CompAsia Business Unit projects which includes program deployment at retail stores, day-to-day trade-in operations, promoter management, promotional campaigns planning and implementing, monthly performance review and improvement plans, etc.
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the Company strategy.
  • Daily monitoring and tracking the actual store performance by reviewing the KPI of partners store and highlighting the underperforming store/frontliners.
  • Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between internal business unit and external business partners.
  • Responsible for monthly preparation and updates pertaining to system pricing, voucher, overtrade, etc.
  • Work closely relevant departments to plan, develop and execute effective campaigns such as content development and management across the company websites and social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, offline campaigns, seasonal promotions, etc.
  • Prepare & provide necessary daily, weekly, and monthly report while providing analysis and recommendations of the partner and store performance.
  • Assist performance manager to implement Performance Management SOP to all partners.


Job Requirements


  • 1 to 3 Year(s) of relevant working experience is required for this position preferably Sales and Field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Communication in both spoken and writing English.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Goal oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure.
  • Familiar with Company systems.
