Performance Management Specialist Jobs

PT Tri Sakti Purwosari Makmur is looking for talented person to be our PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities:

- Controlling the performance management of all holding and affiliate functions (Sales, Marketing, and Back Office).

- Perform performance evaluation through meetings and monitoring on a regular basis.

- Monitoring the work process of the function unit in accordance with SOP.

- Developing the skills and competencies of subordinates to contribute more in achieving performance.

Job Requirements:

- Advance in Excel, Visio, Power BI & Power Point.

- Must have knowledge in Corporate & Strategic Planning (financial forecast, company performance analysis, etc)

- Having experience in Project Management, Developing KPI & Performance Management.

- Good communication ability.

- Analytic skills & creative thinking.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
