At DCConnect, we are a leading global provider of connectivity and blockchain solutions in telecommunication industry. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our SEO & Ads Marketing Performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the Global Marketing team lead & members and other cross-functional teams to provide and execute SEO and Ads best practices.
2. SEO Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
3. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and enhance site architecture for better search engine performance.
4. Create compelling and well-optimized content for our website, blog posts, press release, articles, website contents and other digital platforms.
5. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
6. Ads Management: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and other relevant advertising networks.
7. Monitor campaign performance, optimize ad targeting and messaging for maximum results.
8. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., and hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
9. Marketing Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
10. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze SEO and Ads performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities, with the capability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in SEO tools and techniques, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO aspects.
• Proven experience in SEO and Ads performance marketing, with a focus on driving organic search traffic and managing digital advertising campaigns.
