AIA Indonesia currently looking for Sustainability Intern

Internship Period : 6 months

• Contribute to ideation for internal communications activations related to ESG.
• Assist on desktop research of recent sustainability related topics and trends.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks related ESG external communications.
• Coordinate with Corporate Communications and PR agencies.
• Collaborate on various ad-hoc tasks related to ESG and internal communications.
• Assist on ESG Data Management and Reporting
• Provide assistance with administrative tasks for communication initiatives, such as reporting and filing.
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks related to communication support.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding on the latest trend for Sustainability
• Fluent in English
• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Engineering field or Communications with passion on Sustainability topics
• Familiarity with Environmental related data such as Greenhouse Gas Accounting and Waste
• Willing to full WFO in Jakarta
• Digital Savvy with strong communication and analytical skills
• Good team player and a quick learner in dynamic working environment
• Must commit to complete the internship period until 6 months
