Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim unit penyedia data mengenai sumber data & asumsi penarikan data untuk perhitungan pencapaian KPI,

You will provide insights to sales management for further enhance sales performance

You will analyze data generated from the sales processes

You will build smart solutions to further enhance productivity of the sales teams

You will provide insights to the product team to further enhance our sales tools

A Data person: someone who enjoys working with Data and Excel to provide solutions and tools for the company

Analytical Mind: someone who answer questions based on data and analytical reasons behind it

Assist performance manager to implement Performance Management SOP to all partners.

1 to 3 Year(s) of relevant working experience is required for this position preferably Sales and Field.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between internal business unit and external business partners.

Responsible for monthly preparation and updates pertaining to system pricing, voucher, overtrade, etc.

Coordinate internally with the regional team for the resolution of any issues and enhancement raised by partners.

Perform other task as required by the management & other job-related function as at when required.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, train, and motivate team members.

Responsible for developing timeline for campaigns and solutions which includes marketing and tech support.

In charge of developing enhanced work process and commercial flow for all partners.

In charge of setting up the KPIs and Workshop for all partners and the retail stores.

Experience in reporting or management information system

Have experience in IFRS 17 and project management is preferable

Have experience in FP&A from Insurance/Banking Company and have good financial analytical skill

Strong technical skill in MS Access, SQL and MS Excel

Review Sharia Contest CBA and prepare Sharia contest and campaign validation monitoring to business users/campaign team

Prepare Sharia sales incentives validation

Continuously learn and improve your skills through training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing sessions with other engineers in the team.

Experience delivering feature to high scale traffic and learn how to improve.

Get exposure to multi-aspect, collaborative, intensive startup experience with Traveloka's recent expansion into Southeast Asia and exploration of new products.

Experience in using Java/Kotlin, Terraform, AWS is a plus point

Collaborate with the product team to develop new features and business processes

Build and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems that support the delivery of these features.

Organization and project management skills

Proficiency with content management systems (preferred)

Experience with product/project launches or integrated marketing campaigns

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and/or Video & Graphic Editing

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Experience in sales marketing and working in a team (preferred)

To support daily basis in arranging events & incentive trips administration and data handling

Coordinating task with related vendors

Making simple design support (2D or video animation)

Collaborate with stake holders & related departments

Final year student or fresh graduate from any creative related Major (Tourism/Design will be prioritized)

Willing to WFO (3 x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta

Strong knowledge in Sales Management, Customer Journey, and Sales Operation

Conduct the implementation and progression of performance management programs that support employee growth and development

Coordinate and execute the logistical aspect of the Talent Management events

Support the implementation of the learning management system and other learning activities

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
