Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.

Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including seller relationship management, revenue growth strategies, and brand diversification.

Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably within the beauty industry or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including seller relationship management, revenue growth strategies, and brand diversification.

Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably within the beauty industry or a related field.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
