Assist Logistic Manager and support Shipping Operational Associate Manager in related with custom activity.

Perform duties with full responsibilities according to SOP, GMP principle, HSE aspect and compliance guideline.

Having 5 years experiences in operation of Logistic, Warehouse, Transportation, and Export-Import field

Having knowledge in Customs Regulation or in any related.

More than 5 year’s experiences as Facility Manager

Directing and planning essential services such as maintenance, helpdesk, cleaning services, security services, receptionist, asset management, canteen, clinic and mailing room

The ability to know technology can be used to improve the performance of facility management and workplace management systems

Has strong experiences in managing financial performance

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analyzed critically

Has experience in hard services and soft services

Have in-depth knowledge of office management and high-rise building management

At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Manager in the related field is required for this position.

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

Monitoring and make report company asset

Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

Management of Commercial leasing and Centralized tenancy management

Develop operational plans for the Property and Facilities management function, in alignment with IOH’s overall business vision, strategy and plan

Ensure availability of facility property operations to support company operating activities according to basic principles of facility management

Establishes and oversees implementation and monitoring of IOH’s property and facilities management strategy, policies, systems and procedures to ensure the above

3-4 years of experience in Facility Management, Facility Maintenance, and/or Asset Management position.

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, facility management, or a related field.

Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to indoor entertainment facilities.
