Facility Management Manager Jobs

:

• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Monitoring and make report company asset
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations,, General Affair, et cetera.)
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business (especially in General Affair)
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Qualifications:

• At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Manager in the related field is required for this position.
• Hospitality industry background is preffered.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering or any major
• Understand laws and regulations and work safety systems
• Placement at Tangerang Area
• Professional Appearance, good attitude and good posture.
• Have in-depth knowledge of office management and high-rise building management
• Understand about Capex & Opex
