Implement "Take-2" (or safety check) for the regular and irregular jobs, including safety working assessment

Do regular and daily check based on applied procedure and daily shift instruction

Melakukan koordinasi terkait pemeliharaan fasilitas dan sarana pada kawasan estate, agar fasilitas dan sarana dapat beroperasional dengan baik.

Memonitor dan mengoordinasikan pelayanan pada kawasan estate seperti kebersihan dan keamanan.

Mengkordinasi komplain dari warga terkait pekerjaan proyek pada kawasan estate.

Memonitoring dan mengoordinasi pembangunan rumah/renovasi dari konsumen setelah proses serah terima.

Mengoordinasi kegiatan dan team pengamanan dan kebersihan pada kawasan estate.

Paham pengurusan pajak (bangunan, usaha, dan kendaraan)

Berpengalaman dalam mengurus stok (alat tulis dan rumah tangga kantor) serta aset perusahaan

Mampu koordinasi kinerja cleaning service

Mengatur pembelian barang / pembelanjaan untuk perusahaan

Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 3 years ( Bachelor degree )

Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 7 years ( Diploma )

Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 12 years ( High School )

High School / Diploma / Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Having excellent analytical plant & maintenance process, improvement maintenance, HSE procedures, HRD Policy

Have Certificate POP is preferred

Pendidikan min S1 Teknik Sipil/ Teknik Mesin/ Teknik Listrik/ Teknik Arsitektur, atau pengalaman dibidang yang sama min 2 thn.

Menguasai pengelolaan keamanan dan kenyamanan gedung.

Menguasai mesin pendingin menjadi nilai tambah

Have in-depth knowledge of office management and high-rise building management

At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Manager in the related field is required for this position.

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

Monitoring and make report company asset

Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Manage the Facility’s Asset Records (Building, Machine, Equipment, and Utilities) as the baseline of the Maintenance Management System.

Involved in Facility Audits, Calibration, and Certifications.

Performs analysis to determine present and future space requirements.

Engineering or related degree background or equivalent experiences.

7-8 years of experience in Facility Management, Office Manager, or Facility Maintenance position.

• 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions

• Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations

Preferably 10~15 years of working experience in Property & Facilities Management

Business Process Excellence and Data Management to drive sustainable and environment friendly buildings and offices.

Management of Commercial leasing and Centralized tenancy management

Develop operational plans for the Property and Facilities management function, in alignment with IOH’s overall business vision, strategy and plan

Ensure availability of facility property operations to support company operating activities according to basic principles of facility management

Establishes and oversees implementation and monitoring of IOH’s property and facilities management strategy, policies, systems and procedures to ensure the above

3-4 years of experience in Facility Management, Facility Maintenance, and/or Asset Management position.
