Facility Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Managing tenant fit-out, ensuring works are executed according to mall standards.
• Oversee emergency situation plans and ensure coordination with the public emergency services.
• Oversee planning and execution of engineering, housekeeping, security and safety, parking
• Oversee the plan to ensure a safe and convenient shopping experience.
• Managing of backyard facilities, warehouse, and logistics
• Oversee planning and execution of technical aspects of IT and fit-out
• Liaise and perform active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL in order to run smoothly the planned facility program implementation
• Supervise and manage the efficiency of facility and mall operation activity to allow the tenant to carry out their core business
• Development and implementation of SOP for the entire facility management.

Qualifications

• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Having knowledge in managing and planning regarding repair, budget for operating expenses (especially facility), and measures to prevent accidents in the future
• Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Building Management or Operation in a Shopping Mall
• Willing to work in Sentul City area (Bogor)
• Required language(s): English and Japanese language (will be an advantage)
