At least 5 years of working experience in Building Management or Operation in a Shopping Mall

Development and implementation of SOP for the entire facility management.

Supervise and manage the efficiency of facility and mall operation activity to allow the tenant to carry out their core business

Oversee the plan to ensure a safe and convenient shopping experience.

Oversee planning and execution of engineering, housekeeping, security and safety, parking

Oversee planning and execution of technical aspects of IT and fit-out

Regular management of housekeeping operation to ensure proper upkeep of Premises.

Experience in same postion min. 2 years

Very knowledgeable on facilities technical aspects (planning, setup, maintenance).

Proven work experience in process engineering

Knowledge of process related standards

Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills

Paham pengurusan pajak (bangunan, usaha, dan kendaraan)

Berpengalaman dalam mengurus stok (alat tulis dan rumah tangga kantor) serta aset perusahaan

Mampu koordinasi kinerja cleaning service

Mengatur pembelian barang / pembelanjaan untuk perusahaan

General operational and reporting performance/plan management (daily/weekly/monthly)

Civil complaint management (Voice Of Customer)

Response in case of emergency (emergency crisis management)

Management of product purchase plan and ordering (materials, tools, consumables, etc.)

Maintenance/management of facility cleanliness, cleaning equipment and consumables

Energy and water management (analysis of reduction factors and establishment of reduction measures)

1. Pendidikan terakhir D3 / S1

3. Memastikan semua fasilitas building dalam keadaan baik dan layak.

4. Melakukan perawatan berkala dan perbaikan terhadap semua fasilitas building

5. Memimpin proyek2 renovasi building

6. Mengawasi pekerjaan vendor/ kontraktor (Safety & Quality Pekerjaan)

7. Support pekerjaan daily Maintenance

3 years’ relevant experience in analytical or facilities management field

Extensive experience in facilities management/workplace operations

Management reporting & planning support for key business cycles (month-end, forecast, long range plan, & budget, ) to Budget Managers

Driving business process improvements regarding the Facility management reporting & key business planning cycles that create 'value add' business decision support

Utilize advanced Excel skills to interpret, update and/or create detailed financial models

Knowledge of logistics or real estate industries will be an advantage

Strong knowledge and experience in the data centre industry, including development and management of data centres.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills.

Excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities.

Skills Set And Qualifications Requirements

Provide input into and develop site specific procedures including EOPs, SOPs, MOPs, Aps and EOP Drills as issued by Management.

Undertake other tasks as defined and requested by local management.

Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 3 years ( Bachelor degree )

Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 7 years ( Diploma )

Having experience in plant & maintenance mining minimum 12 years ( High School )

High School / Diploma / Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Having excellent analytical plant & maintenance process, improvement maintenance, HSE procedures, HRD Policy

Have Certificate POP is preferred

Knowledge of facilities management and best practices

Minimum 3 years experiences in Facility Management

Support the implementation and management of all maintenance programs.

Bachelor's degree in management or related disciplines areas preferred

Manage schedule and coordinate meetings/special events as requested

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
