Job Description

:

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to interpret, update and/or create detailed financial models
  • Managing company CAPEX and OPEX budgeting, utilization, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Leading interactions within Facility (site Development & Management), cross-function operations, business, or related customers (user), & other business functions (Finance) to drive efficient & effective Facility business planning, management reporting & key performance initiatives
  • Work with internal colleagues and external vendors on preparation of reports, budgets, tenders, contracts, assessments, etc.
  • Develops and delivers strategies and solutions for managing data center raised for facilities, critical sites, co-locations, including capacity requirements, locations, environmental controls, communications infrastructure housing and placement of the IT systems
  • Analyzing and summarizing detailed data and deliver clear & concise communication of key business drivers to Facility Team & cross-function customers
  • Driving business process improvements regarding the Facility management reporting & key business planning cycles that create 'value add' business decision support
  • Management reporting & planning support for key business cycles (month-end, forecast, long range plan, & budget, ) to Budget Managers


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in facilities management/workplace operations
  • Good communication skills with good command of spoken and written English
  • Willing to work at different company facilities and locations if needed
  • Knowledge of logistics or real estate industries will be an advantage
  • Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • 3 years’ relevant experience in analytical or facilities management field
  • Detail-minded and analytical
