Job Description

Reporting to Vice President Talent Management and Development, you will be responsible for the talent management programs in the company, and serve as a strategic partner to senior management to develop talent management policies, pipeline programs and career pathing frameworks. You will implement progressive talent management, development and engagement programs with the objective of attracting, developing and retaining the best employees. Key areas of responsibilities include talent review, talent assessment, succession planning, talent development, competency development, career pathing and pipeline programs.
  • Management of talent development programs such as mentorship schemes
  • Manage post-talent review processes that ensure proper follow through of actions determined at talent review sessions
  • Develop, monitor and report key talent metrics
  • Enhance the tools and processes used to support Talent Review initiatives which include the accurate identification of high potential talent, critical positions, talent development plans, rotation and succession planning for critical positions
  • Ensure the talent processes are implemented, communicated, and integrated across the business
  • Develop and implement progressive talent management policies and processes
  • Develop talent pipeline programs in business streams to support business needs and succession planning
  • Analyze and synthesize talent data from various sources into meaningful conclusions that enhance fact-based talent decision-making
  • Management of pipeline programs such as scholarships and overseas managers’ schemes
  • Internal staffing for career growth and development
  • Engage talent on their career and developmental needs
  • Develop and manage assessment and development programs for high potentials
Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources
  • People and communication skills essential, coaching skills a plus
  • Comfortable dealing with senior management
  • Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Talent Management from a business, COE perspective
  • Familiarity with talent assessment and development toolsComfortable with data and preparation of papers/ proposals
