Job Description

Requirements:

  • More than 5 year’s experiences as Facility Manager
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Has strong experiences in managing financial performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analyzed critically
  • Service oriented, positive attitude, and adaptive to changes
  • Familiar with a new technology
  • Have ability to build strong cooperation with both internally and externally parties
  • Has experience in hard services and soft services
  • Excellent English language spoken as well as written

Responsibilities:

  • The ability to know technology can be used to improve the performance of facility management and workplace management systems
  • Directing and planning essential services such as maintenance, helpdesk, cleaning services, security services, receptionist, asset management, canteen, clinic and mailing room
  • Investigate all accidents, complete reports and liaise with all necessary parties
  • Leading one or more teams to cover various areas responsibility.
  • Develop strategic plans for the development of operational systems.
  • Ensure that all area personnel understand and run the SOP/House Rule.
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the right of compensation and benefits to all employees
  • Ability to ensure buildings and facilities operate properly and carry out maintenance programs properly so that residents/users feel comfortable.
  • Follow the rules or the golden rule for occupational HSE
  • Evaluate, train and consult continuously on the performance teams.
  • Coordinating system repairs and monitor system performance (ESLA, Customer Satisfaction, Cleanliness).
  • Ensure that handling complaints received can be handled according to its deadlines and is well
  • Ensure that the Invoice and it’s attachment are billed on time according to the current month
  • Regular coordination and communication with the all team and Client.
  • Track and report any backlog or unsolved problems to the appropriate level with the customer
  • Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
  • Ensure reports on each client request are sent on time
  • Ensure that all work performed is always well-documented and auditable
