Team Building Internship Jobs

Kiddu is looking for a passionate Team Building Intern to join our team. This is a full time Internship position, in which, you will be able to learn first-hand about a real start-up world, along with all the rich hands-on experience.

Are you somebody that can take instructions and run with them independently? Are you highly organized and have really high attention to detail? Do you have a built-in positive and mental strength in managing stressful situations?

This is not your typical ‘other’ internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. You will be helping lots of lives by providing well-needed skills to kids and parents in Indonesia.

Internship Information

Our interns are considered the best pipeline of talent for our Permanent positions. Based on your performance, you may get full time job offer from Kiddu.

Responsibilities

• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the team
• Conduct end to end recruitment process (job posting, screening, assessment, interviews, offering contract, on-boarding, and off-boarding)
• Editing contract and sending employee contract
• Recapping team data and other data around hiring
• Recapping invoice and sounding paid invoice

Requirements

• Have a strong sense of persuasiveness
• University student or fresh graduates from any major (Psychology major with basic Canva skill is preferable)
• A top-notch communicator, think strategically, and data driven
• Can start immediately
• Energetic, mobile, and fast learner

Duration & Working Hours

• 6 months, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (flexible to your schedule)
