Team Building [Hr] Intern

Hi! I'm currently looking for a passionate Team Building Intern [HR] to join our team.

Are you somebody who can take instructions and run with them independently?

Are you highly organized and have high attention to detail?

Do you have a built-in positive and mental strength in managing stressful situations?

If so, you might be the one for this role!

This is a full-time Internship position, in which, you will be able to learn first-hand about a real start-up world, along with all the rich hands-on experience directly from me, the CEO, Founder, and Coach at Confident Parenting, a Coaching program in helping parents become more confident in themselves and in parenting their children. This is not your typical ‘other’ internship – you will have significant projects. You will be helping lots of lives by providing well-needed skills to parents in Indonesia while learning and developing yourself to become the best version of yourself as well!

Role Description:

• Building a team to be a great team with good communication skills
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the team
• Recapping team data and other data around hiring
• Editing contract and sending employee contract
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, assessment, interviews, offering contract, on-boarding, and off-boarding)

Qualifications:

• University students or fresh graduates from any major (Psychology major with basic Canva skills is preferable)
• Have a strong sense of persuasiveness
• Can start immediately
• Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
• A top-notch communicator, think strategically, and data-driven
• Have an Experience in Human Resources and HR management or/and are willing to learn

Duration & Working Hours

• 6 months, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (flexible to your schedule)
