Hr Team Leader Jobs

This position will be placed in Head Office, South Jakarta and will be responsible in handling Recruitment, Training and Payroll support. As we grow, there will be more opportunities coming and so will be the challenge, then we look for individual person who has high spirit, positive minded and can do attitude to join with us !!

Responsibilities

• Business trip to store in regular basis
• Handling data as needed to support payroll process
• Conduct Induction Training for new comers
• Handling end to end Recruitment, both for store operation and back office

Qualifications

• Willing to do business trip to stores as necessary
• Bachelor Degree, prefer from Psychology
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
• Having at least 3 years experience, especially in recruitment and training field
• Willing to have 6 working days a week
