About the Company


Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools, network services, and telecommunication related needs. Our client's headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong who's established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.



Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting E2E problem network on Router Multi-Vendor (Huawei/Cisco/ALU/ZTE)
  • Identifies, diagnoses and resolves technical problems related to network failure/integrity
  • Accountable for overall day-today Network operation including Data Center, IP Backbone, IPRAN, backup monitoring
  • Do troubleshooting and faulty analysis E2E router
  • Migration or Reroute Service 2G/3G/4G to New Router Multi-Vendor (Huawei/Cisco/ALU/ZTE)
  • Very good hands on experience troubleshooting with Huawei, Cisco, ALU and ZTE Routera
  • Manage network equipment such as routers, switches & firewalls (Huawei, Cisco, Nokia and ZTE)
  • Proactively monitoring network performance, and ensuring high network availability and smooth operations activity from Roll Out Project
  • Responsible to handle daily operations of all managed Network equipment, including daily checks on the network health and connectivity Nationwide
  • Support Configuration on Router Multi-Vendor (Huawei/Cisco/ALU/ZTE)



Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT)
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting/analysis tools, such as U2020/NCE, EPNM, NSP, Cacti, WireShark, Grafana, Jumbox, Tacacs, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Routing & Switches (e.g.: Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Virtual Switching System (VSS), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) Layer 3 Virtual Private Network (VPN), etc.
  • 5+ years experience with telecommunication industry
