General Manager Jobs

Amusement park managers, also known as theme park managers, are in charge of the overall operations of an amusement park. Amusement park managers also oversee all aspects of what makes the park run and consider what can be done to improve operations overall.

:

• Responsible for leading and developing your team to ensure the park's profitability and success.
• Responsible for achieving the set KPI, understanding P&L, and doing market research.
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an environment with emphasis in motivation, teamwork, and excellence.
• Managing all aspects of operations in the park.

• 40 Rooms Guest House

Requirements:

• Have the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management.
• Minimum 3+ Years of working experience as a Manager in the tourism field.
