Leasing Mall Jobs

Bachelor’s degree and above with 4+ years of experience in project management

Strong analytical, forecasting, and change management skills

Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms that benefit all parties involved

Generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement

Monitor and measure the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics and goals

Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Manage overall Brand Day campaign, from preparation until post mortem report. Including:

Minimum 1 year experience in handling business development/ campaign/ RM/ in a tech company is preferred

Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills, a strong sense of ownership

Highly preferable to highly skilled in Excel

Assist adhoc project, ie. campaign performance deep dive

Manage marketing campaigns through various channels, including social media, online advertising, email and direct marketing activities.

Min. 1 year experience handling leasing mall space

Plan and execute an effective marketing strategy to increase awareness and image of a mall

Identify new marketing opportunities and develop creative ideas to attract potential tenants.

Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers and other business partners to expand networks and create opportunities for cooperation.

Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and digital content.
