Job Description

inDrive is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. inDriver app's downloads exceed 175M, and we are operating in more than 600+ cities in 47 countries.


We are expanding our presence in South Asia and Southeast Asia , and right now we’re looking for a professional who will join our Ride-Hailing department at inDrive!

This position is based in Jakarta,Indonesia.


What you will do:


  • Managing inventory levels & creating reports about supply chain activities such as cost analysis, distribution analysis, feasibility studies, etc.
  • Determining the best method for transporting goods from one location to another based on time requirements and cost considerations
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure they are meeting quality standards and can deliver products on time
  • Brand expansion in Indonesia (planning, developing and coordination of a brand launch strategy)
  • Analyzing supply chain processes and recommending improvements to increase efficiency or reduce costs
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to safety, security, environmental protection, etc.
  • Occasional travelling to cities where branding projects are happening to see the progress and monitor the entire processes
  • Responsible in executing, tracking and monitoring the expected deliverables, performance and progress of each projects (KPIs, data collection, data analysis, reports preparation)
  • Interaction and communication with drivers and specialists from related departments


What we expect from you:


  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills (experience seeing projects through the full life cycle)
  • Perform and excel within an integrated fast-paced team environment
  • Resourceful with strong interpersonal skills
  • Handle the reactive day-to-day but remain forward thinking about the company’s overall branding approach
  • Extensive problem-solving skills, proactive with content/work and solutions-oriented approach with everything
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Work independently and virtually with mobility being results-oriented and data-driven
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Google Sheet)
  • Able to maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while prioritizing
  • Respond immediately to a situation, follow up, provide necessary talking points and/or recommendations regarding the situation, work with other departments as necessary to coordinate efforts and roles, etc.
  • 1-3 years experience
