Overview The People and Development Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures related to the recruitment, development, and retention of employees. This role is also responsible for the overall management of the organization's human resources, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Detailed Job Description The People and Development Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures related to the recruitment, development, and retention of employees. The People and Development Manager will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the organization's human resources are managed in a way that supports the organization's goals and objectives. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of performance management systems
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures

Job Responsibilities
