Job Description

On behalf of Glints client, (Automotive Company). We are hiring for Talent, People & Organization Development Manager position with details:


Job description:
  • Create Talent Management Program.
  • Design and implement company policies & HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Managing the end-to-end Talent Management program (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Deployment, and Talent Retention)
  • Assess and identify areas which performance can be improved
  • Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates


Requirements:

  • Good English both written and verbal
  • Expertise in HR strategic area (organization & people development, talent management, performance management, assessment) and labor law
  • Have experience to handle various unit businesses and massive employees
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Management/Law
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and also experience in handling conflicts
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience as an HR generalist, with 5 years in a managerial position
