Responsibilities
- Developing recruitment processes for best practices.
- Create and execute learning strategies/programs.
- Identify and evaluate employees' development needs.
- Leads on end-to-end management of employee life cycle including recruitment processes, onboarding processes, performance conversations, and exit processes.
- Responsible for managing recruitment through reviewing position descriptions, writing job advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing contracts.
Qualifications
- Proven Ability to assess training needs within the organization.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major preferably psychology, or HR management.
- Ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience of 1 year experience in handling recruitment, learning, and development.
