Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing recruitment processes for best practices.
  • Create and execute learning strategies/programs.
  • Identify and evaluate employees' development needs.
  • Leads on end-to-end management of employee life cycle including recruitment processes, onboarding processes, performance conversations, and exit processes.
  • Responsible for managing recruitment through reviewing position descriptions, writing job advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing contracts.


Qualifications

  • Proven Ability to assess training needs within the organization.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major preferably psychology, or HR management.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience of 1 year experience in handling recruitment, learning, and development.
