Recruitment Staff

Responsibilities

• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activity from the sourcing until onboarding.
• Contribute to employer branding strategy and company culture activity.
• Responsible for maintain employee data.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2Years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
