People Culture & Engagement Intern (Remote)

What You'll Do

• Facilitate design and copywritings-related works within the team
• Assisting culture and engagement program creation, alignment, and execution throughout all functions
• Assist in the team’s administrative and operational tasks (scheduling, compiling & organizing data, etc)
• Additional responsibilities within the People Culture team as assigned

What You'll Need

• Last semester undergraduate student majoring in Communication, Psychology, or Marketing equivalent (Preferably fresh graduate)
• Have a strong interest and eager to learn about building company culture, people engagement, and experience
• Have experience in hosting events is preferred
• Proficiency in design content and creative writing is highly desirable
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa & English)
