PEOPLE & CULTURE INTERN

As an People & Culture Intern, your primary role will be to provide support to the HR department and assist with various tasks related to human resources management. You will gain practical experience in different HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Critical Thinking Skills: Highly driven, passionate to learn, and aspiring to be a good Human Resourceprofessional.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.

Work Scope

• Learning, assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs and development initiatives.
• Learning, assist people operation process by maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
• Learning, assist the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, and coordinating candidate assessments.
