Requirements

• Having prior knowledge of ERP system/Omnichannel-CRM/Accounting (depends on product applied for) is a plus
• Able to learn fast and is eager to learn
• Having an agile understanding of SaaS Industry
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in processing data using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Has the ability to build relationships & collaborate with others
• Fresh graduates or university students from any major are welcome

• Help assist on the technical questions/problems
• Maintain partner involvement on client health
• Gather partner feedback to improve product features for partner collaboration
• Provide Mekari features updates for partners
• Assist in running partner collaboration activities
• Assist in providing training & re-training for Mekari product & sales related skill
