Health Solutions Partner Manager

• ROLE SUMMARY

HSP Manager is a non-sales commercial leader role, leading a team of HSP who provides a holistic support to improve the experience of patients taking Pfizer medicines and creating better customer experience such as educational & scientific content and services to HCPs, Accounts and medical association in the assigned region where health literary infrastructure, access, clinical practices are not optimally established

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple SME both medical and commercial. HSP can be main contact for Accounts, Medical Association, KOL in the assigned regionas necessary
• Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement
• Leading Group of HSP in the assigned region in the category and providing coaching, IDP, and strategy to the HSP team under his/her leadership
• Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise
• Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection based on HCP or institution’s needs, i.e. lack of treatments guidelines, AI sensibility tests, no inclusion in formularies of Pfizer products, access & affordability solutions etc in the assigned region of HSP team
• Play as Center of Excellence for other Categories
• Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracy
• Convene team introduction calls and create both reactive and proactive
• Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content and improve service provided along with design expertise

• Engages with HCPs virtually and face-to-face depending on need

Qualifications

• Preferred background in nursing, biomedicine, Pharmacy, biology
• Agree to be located in Jakarta and travel to the assigned region
• Capable in understanding of preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection
• Preferred in-depth understanding of characteristics of responsible customers and areas
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in healthcare with >2 years experience in leading a team
