Job Description
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by becoming a bridge between VIDA and Customer ( Customer’s Voice ). They will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, goals, problems and provide solutions to help them achieve their desired outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, InfraOps, and engineering, to ensure customer needs are being addressed by driving internal communication and coordination on behalf of the client.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Monitor customer integrations to ensure VIDA services are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Meet regularly with customers to review their success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Understand our customers' goals and business objectives and provide solutions to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure we are providing the best solutions to our customers.
  • Monitor customer usage and identify areas for improvement to help drive customer success.
  • Provide training (if needed) to ensure they are able to effectively use our products and services.
  • Collect customer feedback and use it to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
