Minimum Qualifications

• Interest in business and interest to learn something new
• Discipline and have a good time management
• High motivation and willing to know the detail about recruitment process
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• Have experience as HR intern will be preferred
• Required Skill(s): Talent search, Set interview, Administrative, Microsoft Office
• Having the skills to design is a plus
• Dynamic, energic and humoris person is important form this job
• Have basic knowledge in labour law and HR general policies

Job Desk:

• Reading resumes/CVs, job applications, and cover letters and creating a mental picture of the applicant
• Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills
• Propose and run rigorous and innovative culture-related activities to increase employee experience and engagement.
• Receiving requests from the human resources department for new job availability
• Additional responsibilities within the People Development team as assigned
• Communicating by phone, email, and in-person with job candidates to figure out things like availability and hiring timelines
• Develop learning strategies, curriculums, and programmes.
• Doing some administrative things such as handle report recruitment, email and internal poster or advertising
• Work alongside multiple stakeholders to ensure high quality work on training, development, and culture.
• Creating job postings and putting them up online on sites, like Linked In
• Set interview schedule for user with potential candidate
• Traveling to various locations near and far to find the best possible candidate or doing recruitment process with senior
• Assist People Development team to benchmark on the industry’s best practices, evaluate employee’s development needs, and engagement programmes.
• Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
