Supporting the PABP team in doing talent sourcing activities for various roles and levels throughout the organization.

Supporting the PABP team in scheduling and arranging candidates’ interviews for various roles and levels throughout the organization.

Available for 3-6 months internship period

Fluent both written and oral communication in English

Having previous experience in Talent Recruitment or Talent Management (KOL/Influencer/Creators) will be an advantage

Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing to on-boarding

Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry and its trends and best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Identifying and approaching potential and talented affiliate partners on TikTok (KOL/ Influencer/ Creators)

Stay up-to-date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and strategies on TikTok

Sending test links and following up on students.

Collect and input students test results on report and drive,

Hand out evaluations forms and process the data result.

Collect attendance and create weekly reminders.

Hand out and analyze pre & post test result.

Assist in the processing of score report.

Discipline and have a good time management

Have experience as HR intern will be preferred

Have basic knowledge in labour law and HR general policies

Required Skill(s): Talent search, Set interview, Administrative, Microsoft Office

Having the skills to design is a plus

Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills

Preferably have knowledge in People Development & Training Management and willing to learn

Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.

Have knowledge and experience in aptitude test, psychological test, etc.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles assigned

Write and post job descriptions and requirements to job platforms.

Active student in final semester from psychology, HR Management, or related field

Organize the meeting arrangement and manage the correspondence relate to the project meeting
