Responsibilities
- Proactive tracking of progress and all work in applicant tracking systems to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles assigned
- Participate in meetings with hiring managers to determine vacant positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires.
- Perform required background checks and reach out to previous employers to determine the accuracy of applicant information for senior and upper level positions.
- Responsible for the administration of work pass applications, renewal and cancellation as required
- Do the HR Interview to candidates to validate their resume with combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.
- Participate to organize employee engagement events
- Source potential candidates on any platforms, like LinkedIn & Jobstreet
- Craft and send personalized recruiting messages with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Responsible for recruitment lifecycle from hiring, pre-onboarding and on-boarding
- Write and post job descriptions and requirements to job platforms.
- Develops and markets content for overall employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns and social media.
Qualifications
- Have tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion and enthusiasm.
- Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for all positions with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Ms Team, Gmeet and structured).
- Preferably have knowledge in People Development & Training Management and willing to learn
- Bachelor Degree from Psychology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
- Have knowledge and experience in aptitude test, psychological test, etc.
- Have 2-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Can handle both technical and non-technical position.
- Excellent in negotiating and strong customer focus.
- English professional proficiency is a must
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Experienced in tech/digital start-up company.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
