The role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Identifies opportunities and initiatives to optimize setup and performance of digital, marketing and advertising technology ecosystems.
- Ensure excellence in media strategy execution for full funnel end to end campaign (brand and performance)
- Works with analytics, technology, product, and marketing teams to define requirements to support enhancement of the digital customer experience.
- Monitor, optimize and evaluate media campaigns in close cooperation with media agency.
- Have a profound understanding of the Philips brand and the category to translate business objective into insight-led media activations.
- Manage relationship with key vendors and partners.
- Accelerate media excellence by leading learning agenda (including early case studies for innovative media solutions) to drive Philips DA growth and media best practices across organization.
- Recommend and implement measurement solutions or A/B test to help understand the impact of media campaigns make on targeted audience, the business in general. Continuously check on effectiveness of media and creative strategy.
- Coordinate creation of the best-in-class holistic digital media plans that leverage data and insights as well as media best practices.
- Leads consolidation of integrated campaign plans for Indonesia across all businesses and media channels.
- Analyzes customer behavior to identify opportunities and approaches to lift customer experience and business performance.
- Ensures market campaigns plan implementation in compliance with global/regional media strategy and playbooks.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Strong experience in Digital Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Digital Optimization & Social Media Marketing
- A strong candidate can simultaneously manage multiple projects and requests in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proven experience in working with large businesses in international environment and media budget/audience management.
- Min 7 years' experience in Digital Marketing, media planning experience (as media channel lead for Paid Social, Programmatic and OOH/TV) in top media agency or inhouse digital team of global brands.
- Intimate knowledge of Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Bli Bli and other E-commerce platforms in the region
- Excellent project management skills to coordinate both internal and external teams
- Proficiency in advertising technology and related platforms, primarily around CDPs, DMPs, SSPs and Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
- Experience and deep understanding of brand, search, conversion lift studies, MMM and other cross media measurement
- Minimum Bachelors (or local equivalent) in Digital Marketing
- Proven track record in executing well performing full funnel media campaigns.
- Fluent in English
