3+ years of product management experiences on building consumer software products, especially signed in, repeated use experiences

Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps

Develop product requirements and roadmaps

Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products

Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD), and make a prototype

Strong communication skills, proficient in English to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations

Excellent analytical and time management skills

Proven work experience as a Front-end developer with minimum 2 years' relevant experience

Experienced in React JS, NextJS, Typescript, Redis, Webpack, Vue & Svelte is nice to have

Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude

Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

Test and deploy applications and systems

Understand and convert requirements from Account Manager to technical specifications, manage relationship between Account Managers and Technical Team

Ability to convert requirements into design and codes

Work closely with the project manager, software test engineers and software engineer to define day-to-day task

Must have hands-on experience in Android App development. Experience with at least three of Cordova, PhoneGap, Ionic, Flutter, Firebase, Angular.

Excellent Knowledge in JavaScript (or TypeScript), HTML5, CSS, mobile web optimization techniques, Application Design.

Good people skills, self-motivated, articulate and systematic.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage operational and technical queries, knowledge-base etc.

5+ years of experience in App Operations or related field; 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to coordinate different teams to solve complex problems.

Strong analytical skills, able to understand complex issues, identify the root cause, capable of critical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Experience in the mobile field is a plus.
