Responsibilities:

• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards. Implement processes and tools for continuous integration, automated testing, and security code reviews.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to safeguard our systems and data. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Apply Scrum methodologies to manage the software development process effectively. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile principles within the team.
• Actively participate in the design, development, and testing of software projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Take a hands-on approach in identifying and resolving technical issues and challenges that arise during development, operations, and cybersecurity efforts.
• Define the technical roadmap for projects, making informed decisions about tools, technologies, and best practices that align with business goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Take charge of our DevOps initiatives, designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation processes. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting all quality and security standards.
• Lead a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and tools, with hands-on experience in security assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Solid background in software development using languages such as Java, Python or JavaScript.
• Proven experience in software development, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in DevOps roles, with a strong focus on CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
