About Our Client
Our client is a multinational footwear manufacturer and retailer, currently looking for a high calibre talent as their Logistic Manager

  • Verifying repair started, repair completed EDI files updated regularly by the vendors
  • Co-ordinate with local offices for vendor performance improvement
  • Cross checking stock report with depot stock report to minimise the discrepancy periodically
  • Cross checking survey reports and photos before final approval
  • Assign units for cross survey whenever required
  • Follow up with vendors on pending estimates/missed estimates and get it updated
  • Follow up with repair vendors for faster repair turn around
  • Limiting dual repair action on same unit, as possible
  • Dedicated action to limit average cost of repair
  • Limiting count of units repaired to export projection from the unit
  • Maintaining AV inventory in stock based commercial projection
  • Checking monthly vendor invoices for correctness
  • Technical assistance for recovery team as and when required
  • Follow up on long idle units and take suitable action on such units to clear it from idle list
  • Daily repair estimate approval based on location requirement
  • Escalate estimates with higher repair cost to HO with all details
  • Frequent Depot audits to assess the performance and to put check on repair expenses & performance
The Successful Applicant
  • At least 5 years experience as Logistic Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field
  • Willing to be placed at Purwakarta
  • In-depth knowledge of the footwear manufacture industry
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
  • Excellent English communication skill is a MUST
