Job Description
Are you a champion BDR? Help us boost the SEON rocketship as we assemble our super team of fraud-fighting heroes. 🚀
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (Outbound) to act as the liaison between our prospective customers and our Sales teams.You will serve as the point of contact between SEON and its prospects or clients. You will have a range of responsibilities including identifying, educating & booking meetings with prospective customers while supporting our Account Executive team.
You’ll need to use your communication skills to qualify & cultivate strong relationships with prospects, from initial contact until you pass the person to the Account Executive team.
If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
What you'll do:
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls, Linkedin and emails
  • Present our company to potential prospects
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
What you bring:
  • Prior start-up sales experience a huge plus
  • A track record of taking the initiative and confidently directing customer interactions
  • Experience with Sales Navigator, Outreach and HubSpot CRM an asset
  • Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
  • Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast growing company
  • Multiple languages helpful but not required
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
