Understand the product knowledge and workflow of the company

Identify sales lead qualifications from the existing partnership

Manage and oversee all outbound sales activities, including lead generation, sales presentations, and sales negotiations

1-2 years of experience in generating sales leads (B2B) through various online platform

Have good interpersonal skills, Negotiation, and communication

Responsible for the Inventory management and reporting of raw, packaging, and finished goods based on MRP

Collect, support and manage warehouse management system for fulfillment order

Proactively seek out and drive inventory management and drive continuous improvements

Support, manage, drive continuous improvement for outbound supply chain issues

Verifying supplier compliance, weekly reviewing, tracking on supplier's compliance status, and closing all supplier's purchase.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics or related fields.

Selling products and services offered by the Troya Academic Platform

At least 1 - 2years of working experience as Sales representative or any field related

Excellent sales, communication skill, persuasion and negotiation skill

Deal and build good relationships with all schools and panthers.

Have a regular visit to School to building the trust and provide training the platform

Collect users from schools that become prospects

Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent in E-commerce, Logistics Warehouse or Retail;

Manage and minimize customer complain

3 years of e-commerce company background with the experience of B2B and B2C production;

Outbound Fulfillment Rate as the target agreed

Efficiency of outbound line production

Setup best communication with others department in warehouse/logistics team

Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Prior start-up sales experience a huge plus

Experience with Sales Navigator, Outreach and HubSpot CRM an asset
