Outbound Sales Jobs

:

• Find an outreach method that works for the Industry (F&B, Home & Living, and Retail Packaging)
• Analyze prospect's needs to provide the right solution effectively
• Understand the product knowledge and workflow of the company
• Identify sales lead qualifications from the existing partnership
• Any related duties assigned by management
• Discuss terms with potential customers, and convince them to sign the deal
• Manage and oversee all outbound sales activities, including lead generation, sales presentations, and sales negotiations
• Visit prospective clients and present our business if needed
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other platforms)
• Explore potential leads then collect them in the company database

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Communication/ Business
• Have good interpersonal skills, Negotiation, and communication
• Highly motivated with an ability to take ownership of themselves and eager to learn
• Own a transportation e.g Car/Motorcycle
• 1-2 years of experience in generating sales leads (B2B) through various online platform
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Required to be visiting clients if needed

Things to Know:

• You will be collaborating with the Inbound Sales team
• This position will be handling 3 businesses in different industries - Healthy products, Home & Living, and Packaging Retail
