Mensurvei konsumen dan menginput laporan hasil survei ke dalam sistem sesuai ketentuan dan kebijakan yang berlaku

Memonnitor dan menginformasikan progress aplikasi kredit, hasil keputusan kredit, serta informasi penting mengenai perjanjian kredit kepada dealer/showroom dan konsumen

- Minimal pendidikan D3, S1 semua jurusan (Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar)

Excellent in sales marketing skill both on online and offline

Proven experiences as sales in similar field with Maxx’s Group services is an advantage

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Researching prospects and generating leads.

Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person (online/offline)

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Leading others (people management strongly preferred)

Experience in at least 2, but preferably 3, of the following 3 domains:

3 one-on-one interviews with peer Sales Development Managers in EMEA and AMER

Understanding of the complete sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing;

Collaborate with our other International sales teams to discuss opportunities, challenges and customer requirements;

Experience with industry software such as CRM, etc.

Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.

A minimum experience of 2 years in business development, partnership, sales, account management, or customer acquisition in a high-growth environment

Stellar project management skills is a must

Prospect, manage and forecast client pipeline and opportunities (both online and offline initiatives)

Experienced in high-pressure sales or scaling environments in tech company is preferrable

Provide excellent client service and partnership to clients.

Partner closely with internal teams to effectively service clients.
