Warehouse Outbound Supervisor Jobs

As Outbound supervisor/Leader will be responsible for outbound team to achieve outbound target and arrange smoothly outbound operation including people management.
The Specialize In a Number Of Areas Including

• Outbound Fulfillment Rate as the target agreed
• Setup best communication with others department in warehouse/logistics team
• Manage and minimize customer complain
• Efficiency of outbound line production
• People management and arrangement

Job Requirement

• Willing to be placed in Marunda Center, Bekasi
• 3 years of e-commerce company background with the experience of B2B and B2C production;
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Economics or equivalent.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent in E-commerce, Logistics Warehouse or Retail;
• English or Mandarin is required.
