Warehouse Inbound Supervisor (Cikarang)

JOBDESC

• Create a GRN (Goods Received Note) for each product received.
• Work closely with the Order Fulfillment team to fulfill urgent orders or pre orders.
• Ensuring that all acceptance documents are filled in properly and correctly by the Putaway Admin.
• Make Minutes in accordance with the investigation of the difference of more / less than the stock of goods received or if there is an incident in the Inbound team that is not in accordance with the SOP.
• Ensure that the product received is in accordance with the PO or ASN that has been made by team Trade Partnership and has the right to refuse if it is not in accordance with the SOP.
• Ensuring the product that will be received by the Inbound team is in good condition / not damaged, follow the standard of expired receipt of goods, as well as its completeness.
• Ensuring products that are in Status 3 can be accelerated so that the Fulfillment team can achieve the target.
• Monitor and make sure that the reception process is in accordance with the SOP that has been set, as well as every activity in the Inbound area, Putaway area and Loading dock area in accordance with regulations and SOPs.
• Submit and check daily reports on product receipts from suppliers, courier companies.
• Ensuring that the product received is quickly labeled, sealed and stored properly and correctly in accordance with good storage standards for each type of product that will be kept in warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Skilled in Warehouse Management System.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Warehouse
• Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office.
• Understand GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP (Good Distribution Practice), ISO, 5R.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position and experienced in managing a big team.
• Understand Kaizen Application.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
