Sales Executive (Inbound) - Security & It Business

Fast-paced, growing online, lleading Irish provider of IT and security equipment and services is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative (full-remote) with details as following:

Job description:

• Working time is Monday-Friday, following Ireland time zone, 09.00 to 18.00 (GMT+1). Equivalent to 02.00 to 11.00 WIB.
• This role involves managing inbound sales from 4 channels: Email, phone calls, live chat and voice messages. These enquiries will be for a number of products and services we offer across a number of websites.
• Processing customer orders by taking their address details and payment information.
• Providing information about products and services and recommending a suitable item to the customers.
• Following up on previously quoted orders.
• Coordinating with senior sales team members for more complex enquiries.
• Taking notes on the customer requirements in our CRM and providing quotations where needed.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in sales or customer service and a strong interest in developing their customer service skills. A friendly phone manner and a calm and professional approach to resolving any customer queries is essential.

An ambitious, target driven individual who will maximise the sales leads provided is essential.

Full training in our products and systems will be given to the successful candidate.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service. Background in IT and security products especially in retail setting (e.g. POS) will be an advantage
• Proficient in Google Suite (e.g. Google Sheets, Google Docs)
• Degree in any major
• High level of initiative and drive to exceed the customer’s expectations
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Ambitious with a drive for sales
• Self-starter, self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
• Passionate in direct sales and customer service, especially in online setting/e-commerce
• Ability to multi-task and handle day-to-day activities while working under pressure
• Ready for fixed-term contract (PKWT)
• Experience using Hubspot CRM is a plus
• Willing to work fully remote, between 02.00 to 11.00 WIB (following Irish time zone)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Confident, professional and friendly phone manner essential
