About The SAP Warehouse Management (Supervisor) Role

You will lead the Warehouse Management team in effectively managing our warehouse operations through SAP WM.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with SAP WM trends, updates, and new features, proposing improvements as applicable
• Coordinate with IT teams for system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy in SAP WM through regular system checks and reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve warehouse processes and system functionality
• Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring their technical growth and proficiency in SAP WM
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP WM solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP WM processes, configurations, and user guides
• Lead and oversee the SAP WM team, including analysts and support staff
• Implement and enforce warehouse management best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Configure and maintain SAP WM settings to support efficient warehouse processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and inventory management

To succeed in this SAP Warehouse Management (Supervisor) role, you must have at least three years' experience in SAP Warehouse Management.

Key Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues in SAP WM processes
• Familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g. Materials Management, Production Planning) is advantageous
• At least two years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in SAP WM configuration, including handling unit management, storage bin management, picking strategies, and integration with other SAP modules
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and business stakeholders
• Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management functionality in both traditional and SAP S/4HANA environments
• SAP certification in Warehouse Management is a strong plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
• Ability to provide clear guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management
• Bachelor's degree Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of four years' experience in SAP Warehouse Management
