The Warehouse Management Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for implementing quality assurance systems and processes to ensure quality, safety, and product and process comply with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements inside warehouse under their responsibility.

This position is part of the Commercial Team located in Indonesia. You will be report to the Senior CAS Manager, APAC and will be onsite.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage personnel training programs related to distribution activities.
• Coordinate recall of medical devices.
• Focus on the management of activities under its authority.
• Manages the good distribution practices. Is responsible for the overall day to day direction and coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
• Supervise the handling of customer complaints.
• Develop, ensure, and maintain the implementation of quality management system.
• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Associate Degree/bachelor’s degree Pharmacy, Pharmacist, Biomedical or Medical Laboratory Technology
• Experience in managing 3PL warehouse operations including ERP system (preferred Oracle), Medical Device/Pharmaceutical products handling knowledge.
• Min 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing in Good Distribution Practice for medical device.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Proficient with excel and other analytical tools.
• Customer focused person and ability to multitask.
